What is the get on track program?

To get you on track for the regular classes, we developed the Get On Track-Program! This is perfect for newbies, but also for those wanting to refresh their skills – Getting back on track.

What's included?

  • 3 Weeks, 6 training sessions
  • 4 Fundamentals/Technique Sessions with people of your level
  • 2 CrossFit classes together with our existing CrossFit Flamingo Family
  • You’ll (re)learn the basics of CrossFit
  • Fun, Varied workouts with the world’s best views!
  • In small groups (Max. 8), guided by a professional, certified CrossFit coach
  • Costs: $50


The 4 Technique sessions are spread over 2 weeks, Fridays at 17:30PM and Saturdays at 10:30AM. For the other 2 CrossFit classes you are free to schedule whenever suits you – within a week after finishing the Fundamentals. Are these times not working out for you?
