To get you (back) on track, we developed a Get On Track-Program! This is perfect for starters and for those wanting to get back into CrossFit and wanting to refresh their skills.
What is the Get On Track-Program?
- 3 Weeks, 6 training sessions
- 4 Fundamentals/Technique Sessions with people of your level
- 2 Free CrossFit classes together with our existing CrossFit Flamingo Family
- You’ll (re)learn the basics of CrossFit
- Fun, Varied workouts with the world’s best Ocean & Sunset views!
- In small groups under the supervision of a professional, certified CrossFit coach.
- Costs: $50
The 4 Technique sessions are spread over 2 weeks, on Tuesdays and Fridays at 17:30PM. The other 2 CrossFit classes you are free to schedule whenever suits you, within a week after finishing the Fundamentals. Are these times not working out for you?
