Never done CrossFit before?

Book a try-out class via our Schedule. You don’t buy new shoes without trying them on, right? Pick whichever “WOD” (Workout Of the Day) moment suits your schedule best and join one of the regular classes. Obviously, the coaches are professionally trained to adjust the class to individual needs, so no worries about anything!

A try-out class is free for residents of the island. 

Based on what we see during your try-out, we can look into further options. 

Done CrossFit before?

Basically, same thing applies! Book your first class via our Schedule and we’ll look into all membership- or single-class Drop-in options afterwards 🙂
